WHEN: September 15, 2018(Saturday Night) from 7pm to 7am.
VENUE: Casa de Dios Resort in Taytay, Rizal.
Gate opens at 8pm and party starts at 10pm.
1.) How much is the entrance fee or contribution?.
- The entrance fee or contribution is P500 to cover the VENUE RENTAL(overnight/private resort), FOOD(welcome pika-pika, dinner & breakfast) and BEVERAGE(liqour and unlimited cocktails included). Reminder: Hindi po tayo pupunta sa isang Eat-All-You-Can na restaurant na nakahanda na agad ang pagkain pagdating sa venue kaya mabutihing kumain muna kahit konti bago bumiyahe papunta sa venue. Note: No price increase yet on our contribution rate since 2015.. presyong divisoria na po yan.
2.) Does the P500 contribution already covers liquor drink/s?.
- Yes. We provide unlimited cocktail mixes while bottled hard drinks while supplies lasts. Note: We’re not in a bar where you can order drinks of your choice and please drink moderately(Magtira ng konting katinuan para makauwe!).
3.) Is the transportation fee already covered by the P500 contribution?.
- No. As mentioned above, the P500 contribution only covers the venue rental, food and beverage only. Transportation fee is not included.
4.) Is there enough space to park car/s and other vehicles?.
- Yes. There is a parking area infront of the venue where you can park or leave your vehicles.
5.) Is there a possiblity that the venue will be changed?, the date will be moved or cancelled?.
- No. In order for is to provide quality GEB, we always plan ahead of time so that attendees can manage their schedule/s earlier. The venue is already reserved for the group on the target date and there are no chances or possibilities that the venue will be changed, date will be moved or cancelled.
6.) Are there rooms to sleep or stay the night?.
- Yes, there are (2) two rooms and where you can take a nap or sleep and we’re planning to set it up as sleeping quarters. Note: We strictly require our attendees to be in the activity area during program proper and in most cases, bed rooms are rarely used because almost everyone are awake all night(Party po yung event natin at hindi recollection or retreat - Just enjoy the night, relax and meet new friends!).
7.) How can we get to the venue?
MAIN MEETING PLACE:

8.) How can we pay the contribution?.
- We encourage everyone to make an advance payment at least (1) one week prior especially those who were able to attend our previous events. We have BPI account where you can deposit your payments or you can also send it thru money transfer.
- Please don’t hesitate to contact or message the group owner AJ Freeman at 09218995285 regarding your questions about payments so that we can provide the best option for you.
9.) Do we have program on the event?.
- Yes, we have program and activities such as get to know portion, fun games and unlimited use of videoke. One of the highlights of the event is to provide adequate basic information on HIV/AIDS aiming to create awareness and prevention of the deficiency, inspire and support our members or attendees to take simple and positive steps towards an HIV free environment, and to help eradicate stigma in the LGBTQ sector.
10.) Is there a dress code?. What do we need to wear?
- There is no specific dress code or requirement on the event. It’s a pool party. Attendees can just simply wear something comfortable, summer wear outfit/s such such as t-shirts, tank tops, sandos, shorts and flip-flops will do.
11.) How is the safety of our valuables or belongings?.
- Security and safety of our attendee’s belongings and valuables are one of our top priorities. We have security measures and best practices to ensure no items will be lost or misplaced.
- Upon entry, we always provide large plastic containers with name tags where attendees can put their belongings. We also have a safety deposit box where attendees can surrender their valuables such as wallet, cell phones and jewelries. It will be placed on a plastic container with name tag on it, required to sign on a log sheet and consequently, valuable items will be placed inside the safety deposit box.
- Note: Please be responsible enough in taking good care of your belongings and we highly encourage everyone not to bring very expensive items that are not necessary on the event. Lastly, Do not leave your valuables unattended(Kung yung jowa nga nawawala, yung mamahaling gamit pa kaya?).
12.) Are there prohibited drugs or group sex happening on the event?.
- It’s a BIG NO on our event/s. The W€T&W!LD® Group recognizes and strongly uphold the government’s “War On Drugs” and strictly prohibits the unlawful distribution, dispensation, possession or use of a controlled substance by attendees and visitors in conjunction with the group’s “Lights Out Pool Party Grand Eyeball”.
- The W€T&W!LD® Group does not desire to intrude into the private lives of its attendees, but recognizes that attendees' involvement with drugs and excessive alcohol consumption that may lead to other untoward behaviors(explicit sexual behavior, violence and other illegal acts) that may have an impact on the event and the group WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
